Creating a communication profile
Overview
Communication profiles are made up of 3 components: Basic Information, Email Templates, and Page Templates.
To add a communication profile click the add button in the right-hand corner of the communications profile box.
Basic information
Name: the name of the Communication Profile can be edited here.
Once the name of the communication profile has been added and you have saved the record, you can then edit it to enable/disable communication templates.
Email Templates
Email templates allow you to send communications to customers based on key events in PeakCommerce.
To mark an email template inactive, edit the template by clicking the actions button next to the template and click edit.
Once there, you can uncheck the 'Active' checkbox under the template editor.

Page Templates
Page templates allow you to present information to users after key events in PeakCommerce such as the completion of a new purchase.
To edit the contents of a page template, click the actions button next to the template and click edit.
