Email Templates
Overview
There is an assortment of notifications that can be sent to the customer’s email and can be configured using HTML. These 11 templates can be activated or deactivated when editing the template, and previewed when using the Actions button.
Editing an email template includes the email Subject, HTML code, and an "Activate" checkbox. When editing these email templates, they can always be restored to the default code using the hyperlinked text at the bottom of the page.
Account Emails
These emails are related to login account information including account activation, verification, and password changes. Currently, these four emails come directly out of PeakCommerce's IDP Auth0. If more customized emails are desired, these templates can be used as a replacement.

Template Name | Description |
Invoice Payment Thank you | The invoice payment thank you is a pop up that is displayed to the customer in their portal after the invoice payment is made. |
Subscription Payment Thank You | In the previous version of PeakCommerce, this page would pop up after a bill run was executed. |
Note: This section is being phased out as templates have taken a forefront position within PeakCommerce.
Assigning to Profile
Communication profiles are assigned to a profile within the Configurations tab.
If PeakCommerce Communication Profiles are not being used, the Communication Profile selection will be set to Default Profile, but all emails can be deactivated by unchecking the "Active" box when editing the email templates.
Billing Communication Profile
Similarly to assigning a Communication Profile into the profile configurations, there is also a field for Billing Communication Profile.
This is where the communication profile set up in the billing system to send out automated emails can be selected. This field will have a dropdown list of all the communication profiles within the billing system.
Billing Communication profiles handle notifications related to finance. These are triggered based on certain events in a billing system. (See your billing system for events).
