Communication Profiles Overview

Communication profiles can be utilized to create a centralized communication experience for end-customers. This allows clients to send notifications to their customers based on their type of account. Renewal notices, new account, invoices, subscription created, payment processed-thank you, and more.

In PeakCommerce, communication profiles can be found in the Communication Profiles tab in the lefthand navigation.
