Editing a Journey

To modify a journey, you can change its Name and Type. To access the Journeys page, go to Subscribe > Journeys.

To edit a journey, simply hover your cursor over the desired journey from the list on the Journeys page. A button labeled "Actions" will appear on the right side of the row. Click on it to reveal a dropdown menu with options like View, Edit, and Delete. Choose Edit.

This will take you to the Edit Journey page, where you can update the Name and Type of the journey. Once you've made the necessary changes, click the Update Button located at the bottom right of the page. Please note that other components of the journey can be managed on the View Journey page.

There are five different types of journeys available for selection: New Order, Change Order, Cancel Order, Renewal Order, and Retention.

1. New Orders allow users to create new subscriptions

2. Change Orders enable users to modify existing subscriptions. This includes options such as adding/upgrading, removing/downgrading, or updating the quantity of a product.

3. Cancel Orders allow users to terminate a subscription and cancel all the products associated with it.

4. Renewal Orders allow users to extend a subscription before its automated renewal date for another term.

5. Retention type combines both update and cancellation capabilities to provide special promotions aimed at retaining customers who are considering canceling their subscription.
