Features

Payment Terms Acknowledgement

A new acknowledgment can be created under Company Settings > Acknowledgements to require customers to agree to company payment terms with a checkbox, anytime they add a new payment method. The acknowledgment is assigned at the profile level.

Auto-Pay Acknowledgement

A new acknowledgment can be created under Company Settings > Acknowledgments to allow customers to opt-in or out of Auto-Pay while adding a new payment method. This acknowledgment can show terms to inform the customer what it means to sign-up for Auto-Pay. These terms will also be shown when opting in and out of Auto-Pay using the toggle on the My Account page.

Cancellation Invoicing

At the segment level, one can decide if cancellations processed through that segment should or should not trigger an invoice to be generated upon checkout. If set to no, then the invoice can be processed upon the next bill run in the billing system instead. 

"Allow Overpaying Invoices" Toggle

Allowing overpayment on invoices can either be enabled or disabled tenant-wide using a Company Setting. 

Invoice and Payment History Table Templates

Under templates, there are two new template types for Invoice History and Payment History. These allow one to customize the Invoice history and Payment History tables displayed on the end user's My Account page. Some possible customizations include omitting fields, filtering values, re-labeling headers, etc.

Additional Contacts & Templates for Contacts

Under templates, there is a new template type for Contact Info. The first out-of-the-box template includes a list view where all contacts are listed in a table, to allow for additional contacts to be displayed in addition to Bill To and Sold To. The second out-of-the-box template includes a standard tile view of contacts in side-by-side squares. Both of these templates can be customized further.

Refund Table & Template

A new table has been added to the My Account page to display refund information from the billing system. This will only show if enabled in the permission set. This new table is template-based so it can be customized to omit fields, filter values, re-label headers, etc.

Company Name field for Users List

If operating B2B rather than B2C, one can now use a Company Name field when adding new PeakCommerce users instead of the First and Last name fields. Only one or the other will be required. This makes it easier to identify users in PeakCommerce. 

Improvements

Search Memory Updates

Profile and Company Name have been added to filter options for the users table. Searching users by Role will be remembered when leaving the users page and returning. 

Ability to Hide User's My Profile

If users should not have the ability to edit their Name, Email, or Reset Password when logged into the portal, then the whole My Profile capability can be removed tenant-wide. This can be for end-users or admins.

Bug Fixes

Fix Segment History

Segment History failing to display audit records has been resolved. 

Fix Caching Errors

Measures have been put in place to prevent caching jobs from getting stuck and to help PeakCommerce monitor the caching status.

Fix View Profiles

The ability to "View" profiles has been resolved.

Fix Payment Methods Tab

The Payment Methods tab under Payments > Payment Methods in the admin hub has been resolved.

Electronic Payment Method Permissions

The "Pay Electronically" button from in-app checkout flows will now display even if "Existing Payment Method" is the only Pay an Invoice profile permission enabled.
