Ability to Restrict Renewals Based upon Renewal Date

If Renewals are allowed on a profile, this permission can now be dynamic. A boundary can be set so that subscriptions within a certain number of days from their renewal date can be renewed. If today’s date is outside of the bounds for the renewal date, the Renew Subscription option will be hidden.

Restrict Ability to Downgrade Quantity when Updating Subscription

There is a new dynamic field that can be utilized on the Product HTML for Update and Renewal Order Segments. If the product HTML utilizes a quantity picker, the line of code that reads min=”1” can be replaced with min=”#currentQuantity#” so that end users cannot decrease their quantity when updating products, they can only increase.

Audit Log for Templates, Layouts, and Settings

Admins can now view the history of changes made to Layouts, Templates, and Company Settings in the portal. These audit logs include the date and time of modifications, the actor and IP address,  the item that was changed, the type of change that was made, and the actions that were taken (including before and after values). These logs can show the before and after values when HTML and CSS are modified so it can easily be restored to the previous version.

Improvements

Logo/Image Storage

Images can be uploaded in the portal’s User Interface to be stored in a centralized repository with the benefits of a CDN. * Once an image is uploaded, it will generate a static URL to be used for the Logo feature or to be referenced within the portal or e-commerce styling.

Updated Payment History Table

The Payment History table on the My Account page has been updated to include all of the fields Zuora shows for Payment Histories. If Invoice Settlement is being utilized in Zuora, payments can be made toward multiple invoices at once. The Payment History section of the My Account page has been updated so it will now list all invoice numbers that a payment was applied toward. This table has also been updated to show unapplied payments that were processed in Zuora but not applied to any invoice.
