Customer Subscription Management

The Customer Hub empowers users to execute a variety of subscription-related tasks directly within the Peak platform. These actions include adding, upgrading, downgrading, renewing, and canceling subscriptions.

In this section, users can find a comprehensive list of all active subscriptions, complete with detailed information for each subscription. Additionally, all products included in each subscription are prominently displayed for easy reference.

Through the Actions button, users can access a suite of subscription management features. These functionalities encompass updating, renewing, and canceling subscriptions. Moreover, users have the option to initiate a new subscription directly from this page.

Administrators have the ability to configure settings at the profile level to regulate the visibility and permissions granted to customers concerning subscription management.
