Customer Hub Overview
Customer Portal Overview
The customer portal provides customers with access to their personalized portal within the Peak platform. Through this portal, customers can efficiently manage their accounts and subscriptions.
Admins within the Peak platform have the capability to access a customer's portal. To access this feature, navigate to the Users section, locate the relevant customer, and click on Actions > "Login as Customer".
Components of the Customer Hub
Header Section
At the outset of the customer portal is the header section. This section prominently displays the account name, account balance, and a convenient button for invoice payments.
Within the customer portal interface, there are three tabs located on the left-hand side:
My Account Tab
Under this tab, customers can access comprehensive billing and payment information pertinent to their account. This includes details such as invoice history, payment history, and contact information.
My Subscriptions Tab
This tab presents a detailed overview of all subscriptions currently active for the customer, along with associated subscription information.
My Cases Tab
This tab provides access to information related to ongoing cases and support tickets.
Permissions Management
Permissions within the portal dictate the level of access and control a customer has over their portal content. These permissions are determined by the profile settings assigned to the customer.
To configure these settings, navigate to the Profiles section, locate the relevant profile assigned to the customer, and click on the "Action" button adjacent to the profile. Then select "Edit".
Within the "Edit Profile" settings, header settings can be adjusted under the Pay Invoice tab. The sections "My Account", "My Subscriptions", and "My Cases" in the customer portal are controlled through corresponding tabs in the "Edit Profile" section. Each tab governing these sections is labeled accordingly. Numerous settings are available for customization, including options for viewing, editing, creating, and granting full or restricted access.
